Heather is the best. From printing to helping edit documents and so much more that you will need from a printing company. These guys are on top of it. Honest, ethical and oh so knowledgeable.

My only problem is I didn't find them sooner in my career! Heather has made my life much easier with marketing print material. She offers me recommendation to make my projects be as professional looking as possible.

I’m writing this review as a service to others … More in the Salem-area who routinely need professional/commercial print jobs.I’ve used a lot of different businesses in the Salem area for a variety of print jobs for my work. Ink Spot is hands down one of the best. I’ve worked in communications for 16 years, including several years doing prepress work—I know good printing when I see it. Not only does Ink Spot provide superior quality but they are probably the most affordable shop in the area and offer fast turnaround times.Ink Spot recently handled a couple orders for me. I needed a sizable quantity of highly detailed, full-color posters. I was given a small budget and a short turnaround time. The shop we normally used was asking for about $4,000 and needed 2-3 weeks. This was about the same quote price if we had used FedEx/Kinkos and Office Depot.Ink Spot charged a fraction of that price and had the job done in 2-3 days.The quality of the prints were excellent—far better than the last posters I had printed at FedEx/Kinkos. These posters were designed at 36” x 60” and the final product consisted of about 3,000 objects, very fine details, bright colors, a few drop shadows and gradients. Everything came out looking perfect. The color and black regions looked consistent and vibrant, the finest details were clearly legible, and the semi-transparent areas looked exactly how they were supposed to. The 32# paper we used for the job was perfect—we could not be more satisfied.I’ve paid a lot more money to other businesses and the corporate chain stores for far inferior quality. It was clear that Jim and Heather knew what they were doing and put great care into their work.
